Clean, safe, the staff are so hospitality and it really does have everything you need and is in close proximity to everything. Spacious, clean, with everything you could want or need (including fancy biscuits and bottled water). Location was good for walking into town, but might be a bit far for some. Service was excellent except for a day when the bed was just roughly pulled closed instead of made up. Single washing machine in the guest laundry, but complimentary to use, including washing powder. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon arrival you receive a mini cheese board and can order room service! I had a great brekky and coffee and loved it. Clean room and comfortable bed. Thanks for having me.
- Jays Added August 22, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Spacious, well equipped and serviced room. At the "mine" end of town so a bit of a walk to the centre. At night we drove but there are a number of pick up services available. Management were helpful and responsive whenever we had a need. The only downsides for us were the very small shower in such a large luxury bathroom and a leak in the ajoining staff toilet that did keep us awake at times. To their credit it was fixed within hours of diagnosis but by then we had experienced 2 nights disturbed sleep

The rooms are always very clean and nice touches with ample facilities . What I really like is the friendly smiles and authentic staff behind the counter and in their restaurant. Have stayed every year recently and will be back again. Thanks team at Outback Mt Isa
