  Sherrie was a delight to work with!
  As first home buyers we did not have a single clue on what we needed to do when it came to purchasing our first house, but Sherrie ensured us everything would be ok. Right from the beginning she was welcoming and was happy to answer any questions we had. Throughout the whole process Sherrie was checking in to see how everything was going and offering her advice where needed, nothing was too hard for her and she always got back to us in a timely manner.   Could not ask for better.
  Sherrie and her team at Matter Property have managed our investment property for many years and recently sold said property. Her team has always been very professional, always kept us up to date how the rental and for sale market was performing, always prompt to let us know if there was an issue that we needed to attend to. We feel the management fees as well as the commission for the sale are very reasonable, very happy to pay it for the great service.

  Awesome Agent
  Not my simplest house purchase with others vying for the property to begin with but Sherrie was supportive, helpful and professional throughout. She knows her market, answered every one of my constant questions, and I would not hesitate to recommend her as an agent.
